The St. Cloud State University Chinese language and Culture Partnership Programs are offering free, online tutoring for Chinese immersion and Chinese as a second language students in the state of Minnesota. This program provides live online tutoring for students with volunteer tutors through university partnerships in China and local SCSU students from China.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide free, safe, online tutoring for Minnesota Chinese language learners.
​
Our volunteer tutors are college-age students in the US and China who are majoring in education or related field. The tutors are vetted and approved through the university partner in China or SCSU CI. All tutors must also pass a rigorous training program prior to offering tutoring sessions online.
